Environmental Warfare in Gaza is incredibly timely in capturing the environmental warfare tactics employed by Israel, and which are often forgotten in dominant discourses of warfare and military tactics. It is an essential read to understand how relations of power are established and solidified through environmental landscapes, how natural elements are used by the settler-colonial entities weaponizing, managing and modifying Palestinian land according to Zionist visions, whilst also being an invaluable documentation of how the production of new ecologies produces new formations of resistance, and how Palestinian liberation struggles are deeply intertwined to the land.
